Claire Doolan will speak about her archaeology research on local aboriginal cave art. The Northeast Granites of Victoria contains fourteen known Aboriginal rock art sites. Claire’s research involved a two-year detailed analysis identifying the type of motifs, their size, colour and position at each site.  The sites were located in the Mt Lawson State Park, the Chiltern/Mt Pilot National Park and The Big Ben State Forest.
